Concludo Refund Policy

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

At Concludo, your rights under Australian Consumer Law come first

This policy is in addition to those rights, not instead of them. Nothing here reduces them.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something has a major problem you can choose a refund or a replacement, and you can claim compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss. If the problem is not major, we will fix it within a reasonable time.

Beyond that, here is what we offer

Guides, workbooks and digital downloads. If the product is not what you expected, tell us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to justify it. We cannot take the file back, and we are not going to ask you to pretend you deleted it.

Subscriptions. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part months as a matter of course, but if you cancelled because Concludo did not work, tell us and we will refund the period.

Free trials. A trial is free. If you were charged after cancelling, or you were not told the trial would convert to a paid subscription, contact us and we will refund it.

Organisation licences. Because this is a fixed term licence at a significant price, tell us within 14 days if it is not right and we will refund it in full.

How to ask

Email hello@concludo.au with your order details. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

What we will not do

We will not tell you that digital products cannot be refunded, because that is not true in Australia. We will not require you to accept credit instead of a refund where you are entitled to one.
