What is Concludo?
Concludo helps professionals and teams turn every important conversation into finished work. It is two things: a teachable method for running fewer, better meetings, and the Concludo Workspace, which turns any transcript into summaries, action lists, follow-up emails, decision logs and branded decks.
Do I need a special device?
No. Concludo works with transcript text from any source: an AI pen, a phone recording, or a meeting platform. You paste the text in; the device you captured it on does not matter.
Is Concludo affiliated with any device maker or meeting platform?
No. Concludo is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by any recording device maker or meeting platform.
What do I get back from one transcript?
A summary, action items with an owner and a date on every line, a follow-up email, a decision log, an action plan, a business plan draft, workflow charts rendered as real flowcharts, and a one-click branded presentation compiled from the generated notes. Every output supports copy and JSON export.
What does it cost?
The Workspace is priced at AU$12 per month or AU$99 per year for Starter, AU$29 per month or AU$290 per year for Pro subscription, and AU$125 per month for Team (AU$25 per seat, five-seat minimum). The Meeting Mastery Workbook is AU$49 one-off for Starter, AU$199 one-off for Standard, and Pro Edition from AU$950 per year. All prices are indicative and in Australian dollars. Concludo Pty Ltd is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.

How is my transcript text handled?
The Concludo Workspace processes the transcript text you paste in order to produce your outputs. Our Privacy Policy explains retention, deletion requests and how data is handled in Australia. Review it before using the Workspace with personal or sensitive information.
Are there rules about recording people?
Yes, and we take them seriously. We are consent-forward: always tell people when a conversation is being recorded. Consent and responsible-use guidance ships in every Workspace tier, and the Workbook covers AI note-takers, consent and setup in full.
When can I get access?
