Who the Meeting Mastery Workbook Pro Edition is for
You want this across a team, not on one desk. You are an operations lead, a department head, a practice lead, a people and culture lead, or the person who has been asked to fix how the company meets.
Standard teaches one person the method. Pro Edition licenses your organisation to run it internally: the material, the timings, the words, and written permission for your own people to deliver it to each other.

The four session formats
The Meeting Reset, 90 minutes
One session, one outcome. Everyone in the room decides the fate of one real meeting they own and rewrites one agenda. The format you will run most often, and the one to sell first.
The Meeting Standard workshop, half a day
A team leaves with a written meeting standard they agreed rather than one they were given. This is the format that justifies a real fee.
The four week programme, four sessions of an hour
A week between sessions, so every technique gets tried on real meetings before the next one. Behaviour change rather than a good afternoon.
One to one, sixty minutes
A single person, usually senior, usually sceptical, leaves with a costed figure and a decision. You are not teaching in this format, you are interviewing.
Each format has a printable one page run sheet, minute by minute, with what to print, what to ask the room to bring, and what to watch for. Take it in with you and leave the guide on your desk.

Part A. Before you run anything. What you are actually teaching, who it works for and who it does not, what to prepare, and the four ways the session fails.
Part B. The four session formats, each with a minute by minute run sheet.
Part C. Teaching notes for all ten chapters. For every chapter: the one idea, how to open it without a slide, the exercise, the two or three debrief questions that matter, the common objections with honest answers, and what good looks like at the end.
Part D. Running the team standard session. The forty minute session that turns a workshop into a change, including the two things that will go wrong.

What the licence actually permits
You may use the material anywhere inside your own organisation, with your own employees and your own contractors. You may run sessions, workshops and programmes for your own people. You may print the worksheets and templates for them, as many times as you need. You may hold the files on your own systems where only your people can reach them. You may adapt timings, language and examples to suit your teams.
You may not take it outside your organisation. Not to clients, customers, members, suppliers, franchisees, related companies, conference audiences or the public. A parent company or a subsidiary is a different organisation and needs its own licence.
You may not charge anyone a fee, of any kind, for any session, programme or coaching based on this material, and you may not include it in a paid engagement or a paid deliverable. This licence carries no right to commercial delivery.
You may not copy, share, upload or distribute the files to anyone outside your organisation, free or paid, and you may not put them anywhere the public or a client can reach.
All material remains the property of Concludo Pty Ltd. You are licensing the right to use it for a period. You are not buying it.
You may not present the material as your own work, remove the Concludo attribution from worksheets and templates, build a competing product from it, authorise anyone else to deliver it, or describe your organisation or anyone in it as certified, accredited or approved by Concludo. No certification or accreditation scheme exists.
Twelve months
The licence runs for twelve months from the date of purchase and does not renew by itself. To keep using the material after twelve months, renew before it expires.
If it is not renewed, all use stops on the expiry date. Every digital copy is deleted from your systems and every printed copy destroyed, and an officer of your organisation confirms that in writing if Concludo asks. Work your own people produced, such as your completed team meeting standard, is yours to keep.
