What the Meeting Mastery Workbook Starter Package fixes
Most meetings in your calendar were never decided on. They were inherited, or booked in a moment of uncertainty, or they exist because a meeting existed last month and nobody has the standing to cancel it.
You already know some of them are not worth the time. Knowing has not changed anything, because you are arguing on the wrong ground. Saying a meeting is not worth it is an opinion, and opinions about meetings are settled by seniority.
Starter gives you a test, a number, and a specification. In that order.
Meeting Mastery Workbook: Starter Package
AU$49. Instant download.
Eighty pages. The first four chapters of the Meeting Mastery Workbook, unabridged, with the four templates and two cards that belong to them.
It covers everything that happens before a meeting starts: whether it should exist at all, what it costs, what it must produce, and what the agenda should ask.

The four chapters
1. Why we meet and when not to
Apply a six step test to a real meeting in your calendar and record whether it should proceed. Six possible outcomes, and a one line record with the reason.
2. The real cost of your meetings
Cost one recurring meeting from your own inputs, and put the annual figure against what it produced. All figures in the chapter are illustrative. The only number worth anything is the one you calculate.
3. The Ten Questions
The question set every meeting must answer before it deserves to exist. Five of them before the invitation goes out.
4. Agendas as questions
Rewrite one real agenda as decisions to be made rather than topics to be discussed, with time boxes, expiry rules and a named decision owner for each.

What is not in Starter
Chapters 5 to 10 and the implementation section are in the Standard edition. They cover cutting the attendee list, the Delegation Standard, the decision log, the twenty four hour follow up, AI note takers and consent, turning a transcript into finished work, and the eight part implementation section that turns all of it into a written standard your team can be held to.
Starter is the half that happens before the meeting. It works on its own.
Licence
Licensed to one person, the buyer, for their own use. Print the worksheets as many times as you need and use them in meetings you run or attend. You may not share, resell or republish the files, and you may not use them with clients, workshop participants or paid program members without a separate written licence. Use across an organisation is the Pro Edition.
What it will cost you to find out
Chapter 2 has you cost one of your own recurring meetings. Your own attendees, your own hourly figure, your own preparation and follow up time. The arithmetic takes about ten minutes and the annual number at the end is usually the reason people finish the book.
Every figure printed in the workbook is illustrative and labelled as such. The only number that means anything is the one you calculate.
